We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as personal checks. If you wish to pay by some other method, print our order form, fill it out, and mail it along with your payment to the postal address shown above. Please see our Security & Privacy page for details on our secure online shopping system. It is our objective to get your order to you quickly and in the most cost-effective way. Orders totaling under $25.00 will have a flat shipping rate of $10.00 added. A 20% freight surcharge will apply to large and heavy orders (i.e. above ground pool kits, spas, heaters, large filters) shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming. Spas are shipped free within the Atlanta, GA metro area. Outside the Atlanta area, shipping is $300 for states not listed above. For spas shipped to states listed above a 20% surcharge will apply. Inground pool kits are shipped freight collect only. For most orders over $25, and not shipping to the above-mentioned states, shipping is free within the 48 contiguous US states. Please call ahead to arrange shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Most items are received within 5 to 10 days.
Freight Delivery: Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. My Pool Supply is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items MUST be reported to the carrier, and noted on the bill of lading, at the time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. Orders are shipped in their entirety. If an item is backordered, customer will be notified via email and asked if an instock item can replace backordered item. When all items are in stock, order will be shipped.
Shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Please e-mail or call My Pool Supply to obtain a RGA (returned goods authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by the assigned RGA number and clearly printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without a RGA number will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways. No collect freight will be accepted. Returned products must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition and with all manuals and instructions intact. Pumps, filters, heaters, above ground pools, and clearance items are not returnable and will be denied credit. Original outbound freight is not refundable. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility. No warranty is implied by My Pool Supply. All warranties are handled through the manufacturer. At no time is My Pool Supply responsible for covering any warranty claims on products they sell. Please call My Pool Supply at (678-546-9205) for manufacturer phone numbers.
